OUR PASTA

We choose the best flour, based on 35 years of know-how, in order to create the ideal consistency and al dente bite. Our thin pasta results in more flavor, shorter cooking times and an overall lighter meal.

We only use whole eggs, to guarantee a rich, golden pasta. Natural feeding practices are responsible for the color of the egg yolks. 

Presto, that's all we put in our pasta.

Again, we choose the best flour, based on 35 years of know-how, in order to create a soft dough and a very crispy crust, and give our costumers a full of flavor, all natural homemade bread.

The difference in the flavor tells you why we always use  fresh yeast .

We use San Marzano DOP plum tomatoes: exquisite in flavor, firm flesh and low seed count, bringing 

you the most authentic taste of Italy.

Fresh from the field to your dish, we use traceable ingredients, without GMO's and irradiation from local and regional farmers.
