Both born in Argentina, where bolognese is almost as relevant as carne asada, executive chef Andres Rodas and partner Andres Whang fell naturally drawn to Italian cuisine. Rodas is far from new to the culinary world, working 20+ years at Cipriani and Bice where he has not only learned to give excellent service, but has also discovered that good food starts with the freshest ingredients. As founders of Piccoli Rissoteria in Windsor Terrace, and Piccoli Trattoria in Park Slope, they are excited to bring to your place dishes that are tasty and comforting, yet genuinely unique just like Nonna has always made.
